Shipping Policy

At Mister Vapor, we aim to ship all in-stock orders placed before 3:00 PM EST on the same business day. In some cases, processing may take slightly longer. If any items in your order are out of stock, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or provide an estimated restock timeframe.

Proof of Age

All orders placed by someone underage are subject to a 50% restocking fee — no exceptions.

We use Canada Post’s Proof of Age service (18+, 19+, or 21+ depending on your province) on every shipment in accordance with Canadian law.

Because Proof of Age is required, a signature is mandatory upon delivery. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office. You must show Proof of Age to sign and receive the package.

Only the person named in the Shipping fields can pick up the package. Canada Post will not release the package to anyone else.

Any shipping fees associated with packages returned to sender due to failed age verification will not be refunded, including the original shipping cost and return shipping charges. If a refund is requested, a 10% restocking fee will also apply.

Processing

  • We process in-stock orders 7 days a week, excluding Canadian holidays.
  • If you receive a tracking number on a weekend or major holiday, your order has been prepared for shipment but will not be handed off to the carrier until the following business day.
  • We reserve the right to allow additional processing time if questions or concerns arise regarding your order. If needed, we will contact you by phone or email, so please ensure your contact details are accurate at checkout.
  • Any foreseeable processing delays are announced directly on our website. During periods of higher-than-normal order volume, a site-wide notice will be displayed.
  • Typically, in-stock orders placed before 3:00 PM EST will ship the same business day.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping based on your province:

  • Spend $120 (pre-tax) and receive FREE shipping to Quebec, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, and Saskatchewan.
  • Spend $150 (pre-tax) and receive FREE shipping to Alberta, British Columbia, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon.

If an order cannot be successfully delivered due to customer error (incorrect address, failure to pick up, or underage), we will deduct the shipping fees from the initial shipment (even if free for you) and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier from any potential refund. A 10% restocking fee will also apply for returned-to-sender orders.

Order Cancellation

Order changes or cancellations may be possible. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@mistervapor.ca or call 1-877-MRVAPOR (1-877-678-2767).

We will do our best to accommodate your request as long as the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, the package must be returned to us prior to receiving a refund. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
