When is the cut off time?

For extended same-day vape delivery, make sure to submit your orders by 11:30 pm from Monday to Friday. Orders placed after this time or during the weekend will be delivered on the following business day.

How does our Extended Vape Delivery Work?

  • This delivery option will appear automatically as an option at checkout.
  • You will receive a notification once the package is picked up from us along with a tracking link and an estimated time of delivery.
  • If you are not available to receive your package a second attempt will be made the following day.
  • To receive your package your must present a valid government ID to the driver. Alternatively, someone of legal age at your residence can accept the package on your behalf. However, we cannot leave the package in the mailbox, with a concierge, or unattended at the door.
  • A 50% restocking fee will apply for any order that fails due to failure of age maturity

Local same day vape delivery orders must be placed no later than 2:00pm Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2:00pm or on the weekends will be delivered on the next business day.

When will I get my order?


Your order will arrive between 3:30PM and 10:00PM Monday to Friday

What are the delivery charges?

Our Vape Delivery service is complimentary for orders totaling over $75 (pre-tax). For orders below $75, there is a flat-rate fee of $8.

How can I confirm if I'm within the delivery area?

If you see "Same Day or Next Business Day Delivery" or "Same Day Delivery (within zone)" options during checkout, you are within our delivery zone. If you only see Canada Post Shipping options and not the aforementioned delivery options, unfortunately, you are not within the delivery zone. We are continuously expanding our delivery coverage, so check back periodically. If you wish to have a specific area added to our delivery zone, please contact us at info@mistervapor.ca

Is shipping the same as delivery?

No, shipping and delivery are not the same. Shipping is handled by Canada Post and can take 1 to 4 days with Xpresspost or 1 to 7 days with Expedited Parcel. Delivery, on the other hand, is carried out by a third-party courier service specializing in same-day deliveries.

On which days is delivery available?

Our delivery service operates from Monday to Friday exclusively. Unfortunately, weekend deliveries are not currently available, but we are actively working on making this possible.

Is ID verification required?
