Mister Vapor Warranty and Return Policy

Mister Vapor offers a 30-day replacement warranty on defective hardware for customers who purchased from our online vape shop or vape stores. The following issues are covered under our warranty program:

  • Device charging issues
  • Internal battery issues
  • Chip and LCD display issues
  • Auto-firing or other device firing issues

Warranty Exclusions:

  • Coils, Pods, E-liquid, Pre-filled Pods, Disposables, Tanks, Rebuildable products, and Batteries
  • Failure or damage caused by improper use or unauthorized repair
  • Failure or damage caused by excessive force such as dropping or abuse
  • Failure or damage caused by usage outside of recommended operating instructions
  • Damage caused by improper use including water damage, juice spillage, and fire damage
  • Leaky tanks
  • Loss or damage due to missing components
  • Stripped or damaged threads, crooked 510 connector, rattling or sticky buttons
  • Modification of a product, which voids the warranty
  • Defects caused by normal wear and tear or aging
  • Items outside of the warranty period

The 30-day warranty begins from the delivery date. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs when sending items to and from Mister Vapor.

Disposable Devices:

Mister Vapor offers a limited DOA warranty on disposable devices within 48 hours. If your device does not work on first-time use, we will replace it free of charge. The disposable vape must be returned in the original packaging with a tax stamp—no exceptions.

Prefilled Pods:

We offer a limited 48-hour return policy if the pods are unused and leaking. The pods must be returned in the original packaging with a tax stamp—no exceptions.

STLTH:

Mister Vapor does not handle STLTH warranty claims. Please contact STLTH directly: STLTH Support

E-liquid:

All e-liquid purchases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange due to consumer safety reasons.

Tanks, Coils, and Pods:

Due to their consumable nature, we offer a limited DOA warranty. If these products do not work on first-time use, we will replace them free of charge, provided they are returned in original packaging for testing.

Discontinued/Clearance Products:

Defective discontinued items within the warranty period may be exchanged for a product of equal or greater value. If exchanging for a higher-value product, the customer must pay the difference.

  • Our warranty does not cover cosmetic damage, damage from external causes, or services performed by non-Mister Vapor technicians.
  • Proof of purchase is required.
