Canada Post is holding a nationwide vote on a government-imposed final offer, with ballots open from July 21 to August 1, 2025. The Canadian Union of Postal Workers is urging members to reject the proposal, citing serious concerns about job security and future working conditions. Although no strike has been called, a breakdown in negotiations could lead to service disruptions later this summer. At the same time, Canada Post’s recent internal system upgrade may cause minor delivery delays. To avoid any inconvenience, please place any time-sensitive orders as early as possible. We’ll continue to watch the situation closely and share updates as they become available—thank you for your patience and support.

We've resumed using Canada Post on top of alternate shipping carriers as at the moment they are still operating - but with some minor delays due to nationwide overtime ban.

That being said , the situation can change at any time. If the legally required 72 hour strike notice is given, we'll immediately stop using Canada Post and use the alternate shipping partners.

We're using Canada Post again because it allows shipping to Po Box Addresses.

  • New Shipping Partners: Orders placed on or after May 16 2:00 PM will be shipped using alternative couriers to avoid delays.
  • Tracking Remains Available: You’ll still receive tracking numbers with each order. The format may change, but functionality remains the same.
  • Minimal Service Disruption: We anticipate minimal delays, if any, thanks to our proactive shipping transition.
  • Local Delivery: Local Delivery remains the same and is not impacted by the strike.
  • Transparent Updates: We’ll notify you in advance of any changes — no hidden charges or surprises.
