Return Policy
All EJuice sales are final due to safety restrictions once the product has left our facility. If we make an error when fulfilling your order, or your shipment has been damaged in transit, please notify Customer Service within 48 hours of receiving the package to initiate a claim. After 90 days from receipt no returns or replacements will be provided under any circumstances. Incorrectly received items must be returned to us. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused/unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received. Mister Vapor. reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Mister Vapor. shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
